About
Cindy is a Photo & Film Producer who grew up in Rhineland-Palatinate. After graduating at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen and gaining her bachelor’s degrees in Communication design and working at various locations in Germany such as Hamburg and Dortmund, she returned to her home area. Now she is currently working in and around Frankfurt am Main.
She is driven into modern Productions mainly lead by female supervisors. Further she likes to connect with people across cultures, whether that means exploring new ideas through literature or visiting exhibitions and conventions.
Cindy initially recognized her passion for production during her studies and quickly developed the necessary skills to assemble the perfect framework for planning shoots from the initial idea up to the completion of a project.
In the last 5 years she gained on-the-job experience in film and photo productions as a producer and production assistant in a variety of projects. These include advertising, 2D animation, 3D animation, internal corporate communications, and various marketing campaigns and social media content.

Assistant
Director
In this role, I organize all the processes that are planned by the production on set and support the directors. This means I make sure the production stays on schedule throughout the day, communicate with the crew, and ensure the safety of the
staff and the shoot itself.
I also take care of the logistics before the shoot, such as creating schedules, estimating times, lining up crew members as well as actors.
Set Manager
Here, I set the rhythm on the set and always have keep the timing in mind to ensure that every person is in the right place at the right time.
In this executive role, the responsibility is to make sure that the planned workflows on set run as smoothly as possible.
Producer
In my main role as a producer, I organize the entire production. This includes handling the necessary paperwork for i.e. filming and drone-operation permissions. I help to organize the production. I help to develop the script into a viable project, monitor the progress of the script, help hire actors and key crew members, and keep track of finances throughout the production. I am also responsible for coordinating "behind the scenes" logistics, which may include renting equipment, hiring crew members, and coordinating talents.
Post Production
Producer
In this area, I oversee all steps of post-production. This includes coordinating the communication between the editor and customer through the process of editing as well as dubbing and mixing music. The supervision of voice-over recordings is also part of this.
At the same time I keep up the modification loops with the customers up to the final delivery of the data.
Casting
In cooperation with director and client I select the right characters for the projects and take care of the actors and actresses. No matter if main actors or extras. Furthermore, I take care of the buyout contracts.
Location
Scouting
As a location scout, I find and visit suitable locations. I check all conditions such as accessibility, logistical and financial requirements. For productions from other areas, I can find ideal locations in the Rhine-Main area and use the connections of on my local network.
